ANOTHER PREMIER League match resulted in yet another blank for Manchester United with a 1-0 loss to Liverpool coming after a 0-0 home draw against Chelsea, and sprint king Usain Bolt knows the solution – sign a midfield maestro.

The Jamaican track star, a devout United fan who has won a total of six gold medals at the last two Olympics in Beijing and London, uploaded a short clip online telling Red Devils boss David Moyes what he must do to get back to winning ways.

The 100m and 200m world champion states the obvious at the beginning, saying: “I’m Usain Bolt and I am a big Manchester United fan.”

It then becomes personal for the world’s fastest man, making it clear who he holds responsible for Premier League champions’ failings in attack.

“David Moyes, we need a creative midfielder, one that can pass and create opportunities,” he says, before shouting: “Right now!”

Bolt adds: “More control!” And then points to himself and says: “Serious face”, just to make sure no one mistakes his words of wisdom for a joke.

Nonetheless, it would be difficult to envision Bolt offering advice in such a forceful fashion to former boss Alex Ferguson, who was one to dish out the hairdryer treatment, not receive it.

Moyes’ side lost to Liverpool yesterday at Anfield after Daniel Sturridge struck the winner in the opening 10 minutes, and despite having midfield attacking options in the shape of Wilfried Zaha and Sinji Kagawa, they were not used.

On the final day of the transfer window, it remains to be seen whether the Scottish manager, dubbed by United fans as the "Chosen One", takes heed of an athletics star's advice.
