IMPORTANT: All photos will be reviewed before being entered on the SUPLIGEN® Brand Nu Model competition. You must be 16-25 to submit your photo. You must not submit photos which you do not own or do not have express consent to use, and do not have express consent for us to use. We shall not upload any photos which we feel, for any reason, are inappropriate. If you wish to have your photo removed, email marketing@gvmedia.co.uk and the photo will be removed as soon as is practicable. Before submitting your photo you MUST accept our Terms and Conditions. Photos will not be uploaded unless you accept these.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16-25, with a minimum height of 5'9" for women and 6'0" for men, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Limited or GV Media, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
   
   
2. Entrants may not be signed to any modelling agency at the time of entering this competition and disclosure of such an existing relationship will result in disqualification of that individual and the prize being awarded to the next entrant selected from the chosen finalists.
   
   
3. Two photos are to be submitted, one 'head and shoulders' shot and one full length body picture.
   
   
4. You are the person featured in the photos or that you have the expressed consent of the person in the photos to submit them on their behalf and by submitting the photos consent to such photos being uploaded on GV Media website(s) (the 'Website'), GV Media publications and promotions for the purposes of other users of the Website voting on your image.
   
   
5. You are acting in good faith in submitting your photo. By submitting your photo you confirm that you have the right to do so and you give us permission to use such photo on GV Media website(s), publications (the Voice Newspaper and Young Voices Magazine) and on any additional promotional material, including the right to edit and/ or modify such photo, for the full period of copyright including any extensions or renewals thereof, without compensation
   
   
6. You are solely responsible for any photo that you submit. You warrant that such submission shall not infringe any third party right of whatsoever nature including without limitation in respect of property, privacy or intellectual property rights; contain an image of another person who has not provided express consent to this use; be offensive; or contain any image of any person under 16.
   
   
7. We have no obligation to include your photo on GV Media website(s) (the 'Websites'), GV Media publications (the Voice Newspaper and Young Voices Magazine) and promotions and shall include your photo at our sole discretion. If we deem your photo to be inappropriate in any way we shall not include it on the Website, or in GV Media Publications (the Voice Newspaper and Young Voices Magazine). Further we have the right to edit or remove your photo at any time.
   
   
8. You submit your photo at your own discretion and at your own risk and in full knowledge that we have no control over how your photo will be voted for. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by you in connection with your submission. Further we do not provide any warranty as to the quality of the reproduction of your photo on GV Media website(s) publications (the Voice Newspaper and Young Voices Magazine) and promotions, or the security of the Website.
   
   
9. You indemnify us against any loss or damage caused to us by your submission to GV Media website(s), in GV Media publications (the Voice Newspaper and Young Voices Magazine) and promotions, including any loss or damage suffered by us in connection with a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions. In the event of any claim arising in respect of your submission we shall have, at our discretion, the right to handle such claim as we see fit.
   
   
10. You accept that we may change these terms and conditions and the continued submission of your photo is deemed acceptance by you of any such changes. You should check these terms and conditions for any such changes.
    
    
11. You warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to accept these terms and conditions.
    
    
12. If you wish your photo to be removed from the Website email marketing@gvmedia.co.uk and we will remove it as soon as reasonably practicable.
    
    
13. A selection panel with a GV Media representative, a representative from the modelling agency and other representatives from the industry and/or Nestlé UK Limited, including an independent person will select the 10 male and 10 female entrants to face a public text vote.
    
    
14. Closing date for receipt of photograph entries to be uploaded is Monday 21/04/2008.
    
    
15. The 5 male and 5 female entrants with the most text votes will be invited to the live final, where the final judging will be carried out by a selected panel. The final will take place at Afro Hair and Beauty Show on 26th May 2008 and the judging panel will include a GV Media representative, a representative from the modelling agency and other representatives from the industry and/or Nestlé UK, including an independent person. The winner will gain an introduction to Select Model management (this is not a guarantee of modelling work), as well as a £500 cheque, a months supply of SUPLIGEN® and a photo shoot In Feel Good Look Good Magazine.
    
    
16. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize with an alternative of equal or greater value, should the need arise.
    
    
17. The top 5 male and 5 female finalists, including the eventual winner agree to participate in all reasonable and relevant publicity required by the promoter.
    
    
18. Digital images and personal details will only be held for as long as is necessary to judge the competition and award the prize, unless entrants have opted-in to receive further contact from Nestlé UK Limited and / or GV Media.
    
    
19. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
