CELEBRATION: Zambia beat Senegal at Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations

ZAMBIA are currently riding high after beating Senegal 2-0 at the Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations in the final at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.

In front of a majority home crowd, the young players took the lead after just 16 minutes through Patson Daka who slotted home from close range.

Senegal could not penetrate the home defence, as Zambia were crowned winners.

As they've remained unbeaten throughout he competition, Zambia join finalists Amajita and Guinea in the U-20 World Cup, taking place in South Korea in May.

The top four teams at the tournament qualified for the Fifa World Cup and will await the draws on March 15 in South Korea.
