Usher finally confirms he's a married man

WEDDING BELLS: Usher with wife Grace Miguel

R&B CROONER Usher has finally admitted that he is a married man after months of speculation.

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the Climax singer confirmed he tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Grace Miguel in Cuba this September.

The newlyweds spent their honeymoon on the Caribbean island as well.

Back in September, several sources close to the couple exclusively confirmed to US black gossip site, Bossip that Raymond and Miguel called off their elaborate wedding plans in favour of eloping.

The couple revealed their engagement in January of this year, after dating since 2009 - the same year Usher officially split from his ex-wife Tameka Foster.

The father-of-two previously spoke out about Miguel and her influence on him over the years in an interview with Billboard magazine.

"I have an incredible partner and manager," he said.

"She has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life and my career."

"She's someone who's been able to support and understand all of who I am. Not just as a dancer or as a performer or as a singer, but as a humanitarian and a business man and as a person," he continued.

Usher added: “One thing that has come from having a great partner like Grace is being able to cherish the places that I’ve gone.

“We see the monumental sites, go to the museums, eat in the best restaurants. I’m that guy now! In the past I’d do what I have to do and get on the bus to the next city. Life has become a vacation.”
