Suicidal tweets on rapper Griminal's page blamed on hacking

HACKED: UK rapper Griminal

THERE WERE fears for the well-being of east London rapper Griminal after a series of suicidal tweets were posted on his Twitter page.

Worrying messages, which talked of selling his soul to the devil, flooded the grime star's social media profile last night (Feb 24), sparking the hashtag #PrayForGriminal.

One message read: "I'm gone. The last pure me is on YouTube when I was 16/17. I sold my soul after then. I f****d up. No way out. Devil has my soul."

Another questioned methods of suicide and his fear of dying.

"I'm scared how I'll die, but f**k it. When I go, I go init. BRUV, EVERYTHING AROUND ME IS F**KED

"Everyone who ever dissed me was right, that's why I deserve to die. Think I'm shook of death I don't care.

"I've tried everything. EVERYTHING. I'm tired. Death is next. Literally and/or metaphorically."

However, within an hour Griminal's profile was completely wiped and the rapper's brother, Lil Nasty, claimed his page had been hacked via a Twitter post of his own.

"Everybody @Griminal Page was hacked and he is fine. Thanks for your concern," Lil Nasty said.

UK actor Arnold Oceng wrote: "I don't know if what I heard about @Griminal yesterday was true or he was hacked but I pray it's the latter & that God watches over him."

While fellow UK rapper Lady Leshurr condemned Twitter users who mocked the tweets and the rapper's apparent decision to use Twitter as a forum to vent.

She wrote: "To the ppl making jokes about Griminals tweets u make me sick. Not everyday try & collect some young Retweets to boost ur twitter ego. Smh

"This is serious. Can guarantee most of us have been there just everyone has different ways to express themselves. Especially if he's alone.

"Bruh, I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes it's mad. I don't know Grim REALLY well but he played a huge part in Grime and ppls lives!!!!!! #PrayForGrim"
