Jay-Z slams the Jenners in ‘Everything is Love’ lyrics

POWERHOUSE COUPLE: Beyoncé and Jay-Z have recently released a joint album

AS CARTER fans remain on an all-time high after listening to Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s newly released album, the couple’s shots at Kendall and Kylie Jenner haven’t gone unnoticed.

Last year, the sisters licensed their images to be used on a line of t-shirts which featured the faces of legendary rappers Tupac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G.

The controversy promoted Jay to rap: “Y’all put n****s on a t-shirt, it hurts you ain’t never meet ‘em.”

The fashion line landed the pair in hot water as the internet and Notorious B.I.G’s mum were outraged at the ill thought out move.

In an Instagram post, Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace, wrote: “The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me.

“I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2Pac and my son Christopher to sell a t-shirt. This is disrespectful, disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!”

Both sisters issued an apology and took to social media to release their own statement. It read: “We will use this as an opportunity to learn from these mistakes and again, we are very sorry”.
