A FORMER landlord of the late Whitney Houston is making plans to sell the bible the songstress left behind when she moved out of his apartment in Newport Beach, a year before her
death.

According to American entertainment news website TMZ, the landlord expects to sell Houston’s Tyndale Life Application Study Bible, which includes some handwritten notes, for $95,000 (£72,000).

It adds that the bible is being sold on a website called Moments in Time which specialised in selling celebrity memorabilia and autographs.

Houston was one of the world’s best selling female artists and was revered for her amazing voice throughout the world. The star, left, the daughter of well-known gospel singer Cissy Houston, was raised in the church and sang gospel as a child.

She was also a believer and woman of faith in spite of her struggles and issues, and during the height of her fame recorded a gospel track with BeBe and CeCe Winans and a gospel album.
