REMEMBERED: Bob Marley died of cancer on May 11 1981 at the age of 36

BOB MARLEY found fame with a string of hits including One Love, Jammin’ and Buffalo Soldier and is celebrated for bringing reggae music to the global mainstream.

He also had a wonderful way with words; and in honour of the King of Reggae, who passed away on May 11, 1981, we’ve chosen some of his most inspirational quotes.
